Agreement

The Agreement defines the terms of service SuperChange services automated electronic exchange of currencies. Use of services of service SuperChange means the full consent of the client with the given Agreement. In case of disagreement with the Agreement, the client has no right to make operation of an exchange in service SuperChange.

• SuperChange exchange service provides its clients only automated electronic exchange between WMZ, WMR, WME, WMU, WMB, WMY, WMG
• There are two types of exchanges: General and Discount Exchange, in which the size of discount depends on the amount of money that you purchased in the past on this client account.
• Administration of Service reserves the right to request identification document of the user to complete transaction, in case of suspicion in washing up of dirty (stolen) money.
• Administration of SuperChange service is not responsible and does not cover losses caused by incorrect (unauthorized) use the service, as well as errors committed by the client in completing the forms of exchange, which could result in the transfer of funds to the wrong account.
• SuperChange service is not a party in the relationship between the sender and receiver, and may not be the guarantor of the transactions between the sender and recipient of funds.
• Operation exchange shall be completed since the service transfer funds to the client.
• Operation is automatic exchange and a one-time transaction. Returning transferred funds after the exchange is not possible.
• If it is impossible to complete the payment automatically (no connection to the billing system, not a confirmation of the payment system of payment, etc.), the exchange will be completed within 24 business hours or funds will be returned minus payment system fee.
• Administration of Service reserves the right to permanently retain the funds transferred to it from a client, had attempted any attack on the server, as well as any attempt to hacking and fraud scripts on this site.
• Use of Service for carrying out of roguish and illegal operations is forbidden. Using Service, the client agrees that any attempt of an exchange of the roguish capital will have suit on all severity of the law.
• Anti-money laundering policy: Client confirms that he has right to dispose of the funds on account. The source of funds used for payment transactions and the purpose of desired payment transactions must not be restricted or otherwise prohibited by all applicable anti money laundering laws and regulations.
• Privacy Policy: All information (e-mail, account numbers, etc) provided by the client in transaction is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties, except in the following situations: at the request of law enforcement authorities, by court order, at the request of the Administration of one of the payment systems.
• RISKS ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Offered goods and services are not provided on order of a person or company, who runs WebMoney Transfer System. We are an independent entity providing services and making decisions about pricing and offers ourselves. Companies, running WebMoney Transfer System do not receive any commission, interest fees or any other awards/refunds for the provided goods or services and are not liable for our activities. Verification done by WebMoney Transfer System only confirms the accuracy of our contact details and prove the identity. Verification is performed on our own intention and doesn't mean or show our connection with WebMoney System operators sales.

The service reserves the right at any time to modify this Agreement.
